A. House of Atarangee provides free shipping for prepaid products above INR 1000 across India.

B. The products you order are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of ordering.

C. Each product goes through a final quality check, hygiene check, tagging, and packaging before it is shipped.

D. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. For any modifications in delivery, kindly email us at support@houseofatarangee.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

E. For faster delivery, please refer to the EXPRESS DELIVERY section on the website. Products in this section are dispatched within 2-3 working days.

F. Delivery can be tracked using the tracking ID shared via email to the registered email address. The tracking ID will be provided once the order is ready for dispatch.

G. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are INR 100, in addition to the product price. This amount is non-refundable in case of returns.

H. Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.

I. The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package upon delivery.

J. If no one is available at home/office to receive the delivery, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. The courier company will contact you to arrange a suitable time for redelivery.

K. As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and the tracking number. It is the customer's duty to follow up with the courier company thereafter. We can only provide the exact status of the order along with its location.

L. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the barring of the COD facility without prior notice.
